Journey into the heart of Colombia's Caribbean coast, where the ancient Kogi people — custodians of Mother Earth — share their sacred knowledge and pilgrimage traditions in the majestic Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.

Colombia's Caribbean coast holds one of the world's most extraordinary cultural treasures: the Kogi people, descendants of the ancient Tairona civilization, who live in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Our journey centers on a profound 3-day pilgrimage with the Kogi, giving offerings and learning their message about protecting Mother Earth.

The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta is one of the highest coastal ranges in the world, with snow-capped mountains and different types of tropical forest. Older and geologically different from the Andes, it is one of the highest endemism regions in the world and the sacred home of the Kogi people.

From the colonial fortified city of Cartagena to the pristine beaches of Tayrona National Park and the lush coffee haciendas of the Coffee Axis, this journey reveals Colombia's incredible natural and cultural diversity.
